As the title suggests, the sculpture depicts a suspended body part. The hollow shell is emptied of its contents and hung at eye level so that the viewer can look inside. The paperwork shows the first sign of a miscarriage.
Together the two pieces speak about an intimate and taboo situation, that is not normally visible to the public.
